Preschool Gymnastics

Our Little Flippers - Preschool class students are progressively introduced to various forms of movement that are the foundation of gymnastics:

  • Swinging
  • Bouncing
  • Handstands
  • Balancing
  • Supporting
  • Hanging
  • Spinning
  • Rolling

The goal in this class is to begin to instill in each child the core abilities that are required by the sport of gymnastics:

  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Agility

Ages 3 to 4

Preschoolers have fun in a structured group learning basic gymnastics skills that build self confidence, increase coordination & body awareness through the utilization of gym equipment & stimulating obstacle courses.
